I have a new beautiful smile thanks to Downey Family Dentistry. For everything they did the cost was very reasonable and I could not be happier! I have so much more confidence and I feel beautiful every time I smile. I have had people comment on my radiant smile! I highly recommend Downey Family Dentistry!

A friend I met in high school is a Dental Assistant. I was hesitant about going to the Dentist as past experiences elsewhere made me skeptical about trusting someone again. My friend made me more comfortable in getting back into the swing of checking out my mouth hygiene. My first visit, I was overly nervous. Once I met Mr. Downie he definitely made me more relaxed. They were both so welcoming, and took time to help me understand what my insurance will cover & what the treatment plan entails. After lots of talking with my friend, she was able to discuss with Mr. Downie about the options I was able to afford. I was worried because my smile was so bad anymore and I just wanted them fixed and could do everything to pay what I could. I’m so glad that my friend and him could agree on terms with me and understand that I will do what I can to pay. As we all know everything in life is expensive. I’ve very thankful for his understanding and treatment. Fast forward to the work I have had done. All of these experiences are new for me. I have had 3 teeth pulled, two of which I am getting implants and given a retainer to wear with resin teeth in them until I am able to get the crowns for my implants put in. The amount of understanding Mr. Downie has to make sure everything is pain free & comfortable is beyond remarkable. I’ve been places where they numb you and stop because they’ve used so much or believe that you should be numbed completely when things can take the turn and not always work. My last visit which was this past Friday proved to be a challenge because I have two teeth impacted (in the roof of my mouth, under the skin still) although He numbed me quite a bit, there were difficulties getting me totally numb to finish the task. Instead of giving up, he did EVERYTHING HE COULD to make sure I was comfortable. Which in the end worked, and the task was able to be completed. He is very laid back.m, he comes in greets me, does what he can, makes funny puns and comments (all good) & makes me feel I am in good hands while being there. I’m so happy my friend was able to confidently get me to come in. Now I look forward to going to the dentist and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I can actually feel like I am cared about instead of going to other places and feeling like they only want my money. I’m happy with the work I’ve had done. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Will and his staff. From the moment I walked in the door, his staff made sure I felt welcomed. I was very anxious about the appointment and possible procedures (it had been over 4+ years since I saw the dentist), but Jessica was very patient with me and didn’t judge when my anxiety would kick in. When I say my experience was pain free, I 100% mean it was a pain free experience. This has NEVER happened at the dentist for me. Jessica was great with them and even went out of her way to find a Barney the dinosaur episode for them to watch. Dr. Will was very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice, it is not easy to find a good dentist or a hygienist who makes sure your experience is a positive one, I highly recommend Dr. Will and his staff for both kids and adults. read less

Had an extraction yesterday and it was flawless! Bethany and Dr Will made the experience comfortable and fun. The best news is there was absolutely no pain during or after the numbness wore off! If you need anything at all when it comes to your teeth this place is a absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend making this your family dentist!

I had a tooth extraction a few days ago and Dr. Will did a phenomenal job. The ease of the procedure was unbelievable. No pain of any kind. The equipment he uses is state of the art. Thank you Dr Will and staff for your excellent service.
