I leave very blunt and honest reviews..... Long story short (hopefully), I'm 63 y.o. and had one very bad dental experience when I was younger. I was always very social, I was always one of the first to arrive, the one everyone noticed walking into a room, I loved conversing, and always the last to leave....when you have a big personality, you tend to have a big smile....if you're drawing attention to yourself, you'd better be able to smile, ALOT. As time went on, with merely brushing, and st...read moreaying the ef away from the voodoo dentists (the experience I had was BAD), I lost that smile, in a BIG BIG way, after awhile.....at that point, one can only jam so many molded plastic things from Amazon to replace a lost or broken chiclet here and there...and those are just to help a missing one here or there, not 2-3 in a row.... it affected my personality, I started staying to myself, I only spoke when spoken to.....it affected my mental health, people noticed, my friends, my family, it was not only embarrassing, but depressing. Once the Amazon things no longer helped, I was up the proverbial creek and I knew it. I just HAD to do something about it, or I knew things would just get much worse, which I didn't need.. So, I bit the bullet, decided to find a dentist. I called a few, and then I called Waltham Family Dental. After I spilled my sob story, and heard compassion coming from the person on the other end of the phone, I made my choice of dentists. I made an appt, put my big boy pants on, and after a number of appts, they gave me my smile back! I cannot thank the ENTIRE staff at Waltham Family Dental enough for doing more for me than simply filling a few holes in my mouth so I could smile for pictures... they were responsible for giving me my personality back, my confidence back, they gave me the old me back, and it's been a very long time since I've seen him in the mirror. Waltham Family Dental has been super helpful with educating, and explaining all options that are available for the treatment, and plans for my teeth. They treat you like a human being, and are very patient as well. Their professionalism is top tier. Going to the dentist is a nerve racking experience, so it’s really reassuring to come here, feel comfortable, and know that you are going to be taken care of. Have been coming here for a year now and have never had a complaint. Very kind staff, quick turn around, and are up front about next steps and thoughts. Highly recommend.
