Having all the paperwork filled out prior was great. Hated the old way in other offices had to have all that information and sit in the office for 20 minutes hoping you had all the information you needed. Intake went well here. Recognized I had a hip replacement and even asked how long ago and if I needed medication before my appointment. Thanked them for recognizing that. Everyone was on time and kept things moving along. I have never felt so confident in a medical professional appointment then I did today. The staff are incredibly educated and kind, the equipment is beyond state of the art, and Dr. Jeff Olson's expertise is the top of his profession. I was so excited to know that MY orthodontist, Dr Jeff, has trained over 2900 Invisalign dentists/orthodontists and speaks throughout the country.
