I have be a patient with Optimal Dental since it was a single practitioner office and Dr. Ganser was by himself. Then Dr. Bailey was added and proved to be a superb addition to the practice. After they moved to the first floor of the office building they were in and Dr. Wright joined the group, I can still say you will never get better dental care than at Optimal Dental. I was associated with the dental community for many years and I can say that one of the the major areas lacking in dental education is business acumen. Optimal Dental has the most professional and experienced office staff I’ve seen. From receptionist to bookkeeper to clerical assistance, this office is top-rate! While I miss Dr. Ganser, I have to thank him for his foresight in hiring and developing such an amazing team. Kudos to each and every one of them. read less
