Dr. Anthony Caramico and staff at Midland Park Family Dentistry are so gracious and kind! They hosted our local Girl Scout Troop for a Dental Tour. My girls had the best time! We learned a lot about proper dental hygiene from Dr. Anthony and his team of hygienists !!! They gained a few new clients after our visit.The staff has also made time to visit our local elementary schools and educate students during dental awareness week. They have helped our local athletes get fitted properly for mouth g...read moreuards. Most recently they collaborated with my troop with a “baby bundles” service project-collecting items for local babies in need! We love and appreciate all their generosity. These are just a few examples of the MANY ways this office “gives back” to their community. Dr. Caramico is highly experienced and the office is very modern, clean and extremely well managed. I always dreaded going to the dentist. It wasn’t until just before I got married that my sister convinced me to meet with Dr. Tony to help fix my smile for the big day. Despite having braces when I was a kid, my front tooth protruded (folks, wear those retainers!!)....I met with another dentist prior who indicated that I was unfortunately not a candidate for Invisalign and would undoubtedly require braces. (Not again!!) Faced with the decision to have braces on the day of my bridal shower (my 8t...read moreh grade self was cringing at the thought), I said forget it and abandoned the idea of fixing my teeth all together. Besides the obvious, braces were pricey and beyond what I could afford at the time. So was Invisalign for that matter. I decided that my only option was to grin and bare it, quite literally. I always covered my mouth when I smiled or smiled like my lips were sealed shut, careful never to show my teeth. I remember waiting in the waiting room with my sister. The place was so lax-it surprisingly didn’t feel like I was at the dentist. I felt comfortable right off the bat. When we went to sign in, one of the office staff members who knew my sister (and who was a sweetheart by the way) had no idea who I was, as there was no record of there ever being an appointment made for me. Turns out (drum roll please) that my sister called a completely different dentist all together by mistake (good one Kelly!!). To the office that I unknowingly stood up, I apologize profusely (for my sisters screw up smh).. but no matter, Dr. Tony and his crew squeezed me in despite what looked like a busy day for them. I was so incredibly thankful. Once I was on the chair, Dr. Tony and Melissa made me feel right at home. They were so down to earth and didn’t make me feel the least bit out of place. I explained to them what seemed like a hopeless situation. What did I have to lose, besides a saber tooth? Long story longer, Dr. Tony (hands down THE best dentist) hooked me up with something called an Inman aligner (sp ??).. he had that front protruding tooth perfectly “aligned” within 2 months. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Alright alright, I did have to commit to wearing this silver contraption looking thing (look it up) in my mouth while working (at a high school mind you), but I trusted my dentist. He told me that I would have a beautiful smile; one that I would be happy to put on full display when it came time to walk down the isle....And he was right. Dr. Tony and his entire staff made me feel like a part of a larger family. Too bad it took me this long to write an actual review (I was married in 2014)....better late then never I suppose. In all seriousness, I have never been more impressed with a dentist. He is so genuine and thoughtful. For the record, I actually no longer fear going to the dentist!! And my teeth are still perfectly aligned!! Thank you so much Dr. Tony. For everything. read less

Dr Tony & everyone in his office are a fantastic group of people who truly care about providing the best dental care, including my mental and physical well being before, during and after a procedure. They also try their best to make the appointments as convenient as possible according to my schedule. Their sense of humor is an added bonus!

We moved out of state in July. Two weeks ago piece of top molar & filling broke off while flossing. Called MPFD, and they fit me in. Dr. Tony worked extensively to get it done in one visit due to our timeline. He and his staff always go above and beyond to make patients comfortable and accommodate needs. Walked out with a new crown, dental cleaning and a bill way less than anticipated! Best of all, got to see and catch up with the nicest people. Feeling blessed to be part of this "family". So I was referred to the group by a dear friend and I was very nervous since I had a pretty horrible experience in the past related to dental work. From the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr Caramico this was beyond pleasant, positive and reassuring. They were kind, empathetic, so full of knowledge and explained everything to anticipate and a wonderful plan of care. Overall amazing
