FIND SOME ONE NEW TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR TEETH. Do not go here. The main dentist is A disrespectful SOB. She does not care about your issue. She just wants to run up the insurance bill the highest she can. She does not care what you want. If you don’t agree with her she will tell you to leave mid procedure and argue with you in the lobby with her other patients watching. She had me go get teeth removed and then left for almost 2 months to go back to Afghanistan or wherever she’s from. Probably we...read more
I have never been to an office with such caring staff as My Saratoga Dentist. I needed emergency help and as a new patient was taken less than an hour from calling and treated with such care and compassion. 10/10 would recommend.Comment from the practiceThank you so much for the kind review, it was nice meeting you! I have had really bad experiences with dentists. I wish I had known My Saratoga Dentist a long time ago everyone is great and they make you fell so comfortable.

I came to this office after cracking a tooth on a cherry pit. I also came to this office absolutely petrified of the dentist. I cannot stress enough how comfortable they made me feel. They looked at it and made me an appointment. I had full sedation for the extraction. An hour later I was walking out without my cracked tooth. My anxiety about going to THIS dentist is pretty much non existent. I will be going back.
The dentist and the staff were really nice and caring, they explained to me and my daughter the treatment plan in details including the payment options. I was a little nervous when I was sitting in the waiting area but after I spoke to the nurse and the dentist I felt relax and confident. I will recommend it to my friends and family if they ever need a dentist. Everybody who works there is awesome!
During a Family Vacation I had the Challenge of Needing a Tooth Pull...Yikes Right ? Not so much with Saratoga Dentist PLLC I was Immediately put at ease when I realized that the Practice Specialized in Urgent Care...They treated me as though I was a Local, even though I was Not from the area...After my experience with this professionals, If I was a Local...I'd actually look forward to going to the Dentist ! Highly Recommended !
After almost 40 years with another dentist, I decided it was time to find a new one. Dr, Osinski came very highly recommended, so I decided to give him a try. It had been MONTHS since I had been to the other office, and it was time to get my teeth cleaned and evaluated. The staff there was outstanding, and gave me a full tour of the office. On behalf of our office, we are sorry to hear about your bad experience with your provider. In fairness, you posted your review to My Saratoga Dentist , which is not the practice that you saw. We know this despite your anonymous review because we currently only have one male dentist who has not been out of town, and typically completes both surgical and restorative phases of treatment in our office.
