I've been going to Laylor Dental for 35years now & ALWAYS saw just "Doc Laylor" as he was the one I built-up a trust with over the years & the guy was unbelievable at some of the "Voo-Doo" he could pull off to get you out of trouble, but all good things must eventually come to an end sooner or later. When he retired I felt lost for sure as he was my "Dental Super Hero" as it were. My daughter is still very scared of everything in a dental office but the doctors and the hygentist were very patient with her and did this a little different to give her the best expierence as possible so one day she will go into the office and know she can trust them!!! Thank you

Very friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Was really impressed with promos to promote the business! Many Drs & staff... When taken to the exam room they thank the patient with a gift bag. Very cool way to start your 1st visit! I usually am nervous going to the Dentist especially having major tooth pain but I really felt at ease & comfortable because of the staff. Everything that needed to be done is explained as you go & I didn't feel rushed how I have in the past at other places du...read moree to overbooking appts. Being my 1st time there, my appt & my xrays were at no cost to me or my insurance company. Dr Krahl was easy to talk to & understood my concerns and let me know what to expect, Took his time to address future appts. I'm sure all the Drs are as professional but am glad I saw him. I was so pleased with everyone at Lalor! I have had some very difficult experiences with previous dentist, but I was thrilled that I didn't have to argue or plead or beg. Rather there was an informed intelligent conversation about how to proceed. Money matters were discussed up front and it was all clearly spelled out. Why didn't I come here sooner? Thank you Lalor!!!!
