Gina and Dr. Shah were the absolute best! Gina did so many little things to make sure my mouth was comfortable and Dr. Shah took extra time to talk with me about a few issues and explain options and next steps. Really a pleasure. Honestly, I can’t wait to come back!

The Royal Oak Dental has made the transition from the previous dental group to the current seamless, especially considering the current COVID-19 health concerns. Generally NO waiting time at all. Full, top-notch precautions in effect to prevent spread of any illnesses. Friendly and efficient staff (and dentist!). And last but not least, state-of-the-art medical equipment. Highest recommendations!
While the coronavirus had delayed this visit, I am glad it finally happened again today. Any dentist office is not my favorite place to visit, but I left here in good spirits after the friendly hygienist had my teeth sparkling again and all with a healthy dose of humor.
Today was my first appointment with Royal Oak Dental and it was a great experience. The entire staff from the front desk, the hygienist, and Dr. Shah were incredibly friendly and wonderful to work with. I am new to this area, and finding a new dentist has been on my to-do list since I arrived. I look forward to coming back for my next appointment!
Very professional and cautious with health situations
This was my first visit and was most impressed with Dr. Shah and his staff who were very professional,attentive and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I visited Royal Oak Dental Group for a semi-annual cleaning and the hygienist recommended a payment plan which will help me as I don't have dental insurance. I was very impressed with the staff and the professionalism at the office, and would definitely recommend Royal Oak to others in this area; it also is good to support local businesses when you can.
I had my first visit with Dr. Shah and his staff today--having been a patient first of Dr. Citrini and then Dr. Pyle---many years going to that same office! I was impressed by the warmth of the office and the staff and of course of Dr. Shah. They were thorough, professional and friendly. I think they will carry on the wonderful experiences of Drs. Citrini and Pyle.
