I must say, I have had a life long fear of the dentist, and still do! But Mr. Bill's courteous and friendly staff ease the fear; the hygienists are very gentle and thoughtful, always checking to see ift the patient is ok...yes, I have some troublesome choppers, for sure, but feel confident with their staff.

I had a very painful tooth, after not having dental insurance for over a year. I obtained dental insurance and called Dr. Messersmith's office, to see if they took that insurance and if they had any openings. I figured I would have to wait at least a few days until they had an opening, but low and behold, they saw me that very day! I now have to have a tooth pulled and they were willing to do it that night, but I decided I needed a few days courage first, but I only had to wait three days! And the receptionist, or shall I say, office manager, took time to explain to me my benefits, since I didn't even have my card yet! Just entering William Messersmith's office is very welcoming. The staff is kind and the facility is lovely. The dental assistant was easy and gentle. Dr. Messersmith was incredibly thorough and came to his own conclusion about the area of my mouth that was troublesome, not just easily agreeing with my dentist. I would return here in a heartbeat if they took my insurance. Good service, pleasant services, highly recommended.

The staff out front was perfectly accommodating, Scheduling was a breeze; I got a call to confirm and a text (in case I would have forgotten to write it down or forgot the timing) with enough time to adjust my schedule if I had forgotten the timing or date of the appointment. The care provided could not have been better...the hygienist was awesome...happy, caring, informative, and experienced. I was a new patient to this practice from knowing the Keller's from church--and if it says anything about his character, I was willing to leave my dentist after 35 years, and drive almost 60 miles, just to be seen by him...They have advanced learning, advanced technology, online tools to help with your experience prior, during, or subsequent...and, as a new patient, they offered me a gift on my way out the door. I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly office staff. Dr. Keller and his hygienist were welcoming and did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning and exam. All of my questions were answered and I was treated with the utmost respect.

Everyone was so nice. I got a tour and met the staff. Dr. Keller did my evaluation and showed me some concerns on my x-ray. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Great service.......Everyone from the front desk, the hygenist and the dentist. I have always had great work done here, from cleaning to filling. Wish I didn't have to leave the area next year. Will definitely recommend you anytime..
