I called Dr. Burks' office with mild pain and they worked me in right away. He explained what was going on and we discussed options. The support staff are just as phenomenal. Definitely a customer-centered atmosphere!

Let me start off by saying I am a dental assistant so I am EXTREMELY PICKY when it comes to my teeth, since I work behind the scenes and know how it all works! The front office associate, Kim, was so helpful and e-mailed me back and forth to set up my appointment, and even verified my insurance for me before even coming in! The entire team, from the receptionist to my hygienist Wendy to Dr. Burks, are a class act. They are attentive, thorough, and always follow-up with any issues you mention or they notice while cleaning. Wendy keeps great records that she will refer to when needed, and she tells you what she is doing as she cleans so you know what to expect.
