Cyndi and Dr. Bates were so great! Cyndi took time to give education and did a great job cleaning my teeth! So happy with my service. Very very personable and great bed side manner. Also, I took my 4 and 2.5 year old with me. Not sure why I thought this would be a good idea. Shortly after I was sitting in the dentist chair I was mortified I brought them. Who does this? I don’t like going to the dentist. But this office made me comfortable from the get go. Everything was explained in detail. They did not rush me. The office is very clean and modern with state of the art equipment. All the staff were very welcome and courteous. And for a change in this day and age, everyone was cheerful and seemed to love their jobs. All precautions taken to prevent the spread of COVID. I had suddenly developed an abscess in my lower jaw on Sunday 11/8/2020. My local Dentist had recently retired, and I was left searching for a Dentist while in a great deal of pain. It seemed like no time at all before I was escorted back By Atasha to a treatment room, x-rayed not only in 2D but 3D as well. Dr. Bates was not far behind.After a very prompt examination he explained all my options in great detail and clarity.Atasha working with Lauren worked up an estimate and general time frame for the plan of action.Shortly thereafter I was introduced to Cyndi their anesthetist. She proceeded to numb me quicker than I have ever experienced before in any other dental office.Minutes after that Dr. Bates was in and promptly performed the needed procedure then addressed all of my concerns.Karen made another appearance with the detailed plan of action in writing with itemized cost, and reviewed all of the details with me.I was out of pain, and had a long term plan of action before I ever left the treatment room.I can only describe Dr. Bates and his staff as professional, compassionate, and very detailed.I would like to take the time to especially thank Atasha, Karen, Lauren, and Cyndi.My experience could not have been better, and I highly recommend Dr. Bates DDS in Deer Park WAThank you Dr. Bates, and a special thank you to all you staff. read less

Dr. Ryan Bates and his staff are the greatest group I have ever encountered in a dentist's office. They care about your needs in a personal fashion, going far and beyond the norm. Always concerned with your comfort, they make you feel like family. I would highly recommend BatesDDS, I assure you, they will be your dentist office family for life!

5 Stars to "Cyndi" for the gentle and thorough cleaning. I am not a fan of dental procedures, but she put me at ease immediately and kept me at ease throughout the appointment. Friendly and professional too. My next cleaning, I will request her. Thank you Cyndi!!
